Memorable Moments Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary to participate. You may enter the sweepstakes without purchase by filling out the “Share Your Memorable Moments” form on www.yourmemorablemoments.com or by sending a 3 by 5 card that contains your name, address, telephone number, & e-mail address (if available) in an envelope postmarked no later than 1/31/2009 to

MJ Marketing, 888 South Broadway, Baltimore MD 21231

Limit: one mailed entry per household. Copies of the official rules are also available at all participating hotels and on www.yourmemorablemoments.com

Game begins at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 2/1/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 12/31/2009.

2. Employees of YourMemorableMoments.com, its parent company and affiliated companies and their immediate families (dependents under IRS definitions) are not eligible to participate. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over on or before 2/1/09.

3. By claiming a prize, winner consents to YourMemorableMoments.com use of their name and photograph in advertising without compensation. Further, by accepting a prize, winner agrees to not assert any claims and agrees to release YourMemorableMoments.com, its parent company and affiliated companies and third party prize contributors/suppliers from any and all liabilities, injuries or damages sustained in connection with the award or use of the prize.

4. Winners are solely responsible for reporting winnings and paying all applicable taxes. Memorable Moments reserves the right to award cash or some other substitute of equal or greater value in lieu of the prize.

5. PRIZE: MemorableMoments.com intends to award one (1) prize to the winner of these Sweepstakes Prize:

Four days, three nights hotel accommodations for two plus two Southwest Airlines tickets to stay to any destination that Southwest Airlines flies in the domestic United States. All reservations will be coordinated by YourMemorableMoments.com. YourMemorableMoments.com is not responsible for any additional travel or incidental charges related to this trip.

7. PRIZE Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by 1/15/10 by certified US mail, and will have 30 days to claim the prize. Instructions on how to claim the prize will be included in this notification.

Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
